sleep experiment, attempt 6, week 1

Thu 6 Apr 2006 - Day 0

Has it really been a year since I first tried this? Gosh.
Anyway, this morning I woke up at 5am, drove to Swindon, did a 1.5 mile run at the gym, had a one hour kip in the car and walked into work at 8:45.
Attempted a nap at home at 8:30pm, but failed.
Total sleep: 6 hours.

Fri 7 Apr 2006 - Day 1

I've decided to try to reduce my intake of meat this time round, and eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. This is because the most successful polyphase blogs seem to have been written by vegetarians who swear that this is key. One of them claimed that eating a burger would make him feel sleepy for a couple of days! So, I went to Tesco's at about 2am and bought lots of fruity things.
My midnight and 4am naps have gone well so far. Another thing that I have decided to do this time around is to just take an extra nap in the night, should I need it.
